Symposium Registration
All participants to the ISWTA2012 symposium are required to officially register and pay the registration fee. One paid registration allows one presenter to attend all symposium technical sessions, upload and present his/her respective papers. Each additional page incurs a fee of USD40 per page. Author registration and payment must be made by August 13, 2012. Papers without a registered author or co-author will not be included in the Conference Proceedings. The symposium registration and fees are also applicable to normal participants who are non-author or/and non-presenter. The list of Registration Fees can be found at the end of this page.

Early Registration (Early Bird)
All participants are eligible for discounted early bird registration fee if full payment is received by July 23, 2012.
IEEE member discount
Discount rate on the ISWTA2012 symposium registration fees is offered to IEEE members. IEEE members are required to indicate and update their IEEE membership number in their EDAS profile before they start the registration process. IEEE members are also required to bring along their current IEEE membership card for verification at the symposium.
Discount Rate for Authors (Non-Student) with 2 Papers
Special rate is offered to authors (non-student) who present 2 papers.
Student Rate
Full-time undergraduate or postgraduate students are eligible for student rate. They are required to indicate and update their student status in their EDAS profile before registering. Upon the registration, he/she must email the scanned copy of his/her Student Identification Card to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it and bring along the Student Identification Card and/or IEEE Membership Card to the conference for verification. Note: An IEEE graduate student member qualifies for student and IEEE member rates.
Full Registration
The Full Registration rate includes complimentary hotel accomodation of 4 nights. Check-in on September 23, 2012 (15:00); Check-out on September 27, 2012 (12:00).
