IAPEC 2012 implements a double-blind peer review process. In order to maintain the high standards earmarked by IEEE each paper will be reviewed by at least 3 independent international experts. The success and strength of the technical program depends on people like you taking a few minutes of your precious time to read the papers submitted and giving a thoughtful review.
