CHUSER 2012

In order to participate in the activities of CHUSER 2012, at least one author of each paper must register for the conference. Registrants may register up to two papers per registration. The page limit is 6 pages. Each additional page incurs a fee of USD40 (RM120.00) per page.

Registration Deadline
Author registration payment must be made by 4 November 2012; otherwise your paper will not be included in the proceedings.

Authors who make their payment by 9 October 2012 will benefit from the Early Bird Registration rate.

IEEE members will receive a discount on the CHUSER 2012 registration fee. Members are required to indicate their IEEE membership number during registration (please update your EDAS profile) and to bring along their current IEEE membership card for verification at the conference.

Student Rate
Participants are eligible for student rate if he/she is a full-time student. Students must email the scanned copy to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it and bring along their Student Identification Card and/or IEEE Membership Card to the Colloquium for verification. Only one paper per person per-registration is allowed under this rate. An IEEE graduate student member also qualifies for student member rate.

Registration Fee
All credit card payment are to be made in United States (USD) either by Visa/Master Card. Bank Draft and Wire Transfer will be allowable upon request direct into the colloquium account. Registrations by residents of Malaysia are payable using the local Ringgit Malaysia (RM/MYR) currency either through wire transfer/e-payment/cash deposit or bank draft/cheque, Local Orders/Guarantee Letter or anything similar are not accepted.

Only then you could submit the paper on-line.

Fee Structure

Items Included in the Registration Fee (NORMAL/EARLY BIRD)
Colloquium registration fee (Normal/Early Bird) includes a copy of the CHUSER 2012 (CD-ROM); admission to all tutorials, technical sessions, morning and afternoon tea/coffee breaks, lunches and Gala Dinner.

Full Registration
The Full Registration rate includes complimentary hotel accommodation of 3 nights. Check-in on Dec 2, 2012 (15:00); Check-out on Dec 5, 2012 (12:00).

Official Receipts & Certificate of Participation
The official receipts for payment will be issued via email in PDF format or at the Registration Desk. Each attendee will be issued with a certificate of participation based on the original registration (person who paid/registered). The name printed on the certificate will be based on the EDAS registration, we are not liable for misspelling whatsoever. Any changes without prior notification will incur extra charges for reproduction of certificates at RM50.00 per certificate for local participants/address and USD30/RM90  (international address).

Additional certificates for co-authors who are not present will incur extra charges for reproduction of certificates at RM50.00 per certificate. Certificate of presentation is normally not issued but maybe requested at a cost of RM50.00 per certificate for local participants/address and USD30/RM90  (international address).
